PRL-8-53 powder

PRL-8-53 pure powder.

PRL-8-53 is a nootropic research chemical derived from benzoic acid and phenylmethylamine (Benzylamine) that has been shown to act as a hypermnesic drug in humans; it was first synthesized by medical chemistry professor Nikolaus Hansl at Creighton University in the 1970’s as part of his work on amino ethyl meta benzoic acid esters.

PRL-8-53 – the most mysterious nootropic

  • PRL-8-53 was invented more than 40 years ago;
  • significantly improves long-term memory;
  • no side effects have been reported in humans;
  • acts on dopamine, serotonin and acetylcholine in the brain;
  • daily dosage of 5 to 15 mg.

PRL-8-53 is a synthetic supplement that, according to many users, has an invaluable effect on long-term memory and information absorption (i.e. learning). This makes it used to prepare for various types of exams. Not only at school or university, but also for specialized exams – for applications of various kinds. It also does a good job when quitting addictions – the pressure to take a dose of a drug, nicotine or alcohol again is reduced.

PRL-8-53 acts as a dopamine receptor agonist. This has been confirmed by scientific studies. This means that PRL-8-53 binds to these receptors similarly to the dopamine naturally present in the body, stimulating them and triggering a neuronal response. In one study using rodents, it was proven to act similarly to apomorphine, another of the dopamine receptor agonists.

What does this mean in practice? It’s that when PRL-8-53 is administered, there is a desire for action, improved mood, increased concentration, reduced anxiety, leading to more effective execution of planned activities.

PRL-8-53 action on the mind

PRL-8-53 affects neurons causing measurable changes in behavior and attitudes towards reality. According to the researchers, these include:

  • Improved mood;
  • the ability to focus on activities for a longer period of time;
  • calming of the mind;
  • desire to perform activities (inhibiting procrastination);
  • improved quality of contacts with people;
  • a marked reduction in anxiety;
  • significant improvement in memory.

An experiment conducted with adults showed that the substance markedly improves the ability to learn effectively, that is, to remember the information learned. When study participants were asked to memorize given words and their recall was tested, it was found that those who received PRL-8-53 clearly remembered more words. This was from about 100% to about 150% more than those who received the placebo. The older the subjects, the more spectacular their memorization results were.

What to combine PRL-8-53 with?

Boosting energy levels

  • N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (NALT);
  • caffeine;
  • Aniracetam.

Side effects

At therapeutic doses of 5-15 mg per day, side effects are virtually nonexistent. Only in animal studies was there a lowering of blood pressure, but at doses… 1000 times higher! It can be assumed with a high degree of certainty that PRL-8-53 has no or very few and negligible side effects.

It is assumed that the effective daily dose is 15 mg. You can take the preparation once, twice or three times a day. The most common is 3 x 5 mg. Increasing the dose will not lead to a clear increase in the positive effects of this nootropic substance. In general, it is better to take the lowest possible dose that will provide the expected effect.
